Welcome to guptazari.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and return of our embroidery materials and threads.

• 100% Advance Payment: We operate on a strictly prepaid basis. Production or dispatch will only commence once the full invoice value, including shipping charges, is received.

• No COD: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

• Processing Time: As we are manufacturers and traders, processing times vary depending on the specific article, quantity, and stock availability. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.

• No Cancellation: Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

• Non-Refundable: Payments made for processed orders are strictly non-refundable.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are not fixed. They are calculated based on the final packed weight, dimensions (size) of the parcel, and the rates provided by the courier or transport company.

• Dispatch: Goods are dispatched only after the final shipping quote is cleared by the buyer.

• Dispatch Confirmation: Once the order leaves our facility, it is considered "Dispatched."

At Gupta Zari, we maintain strict quality control. Therefore:

• General Policy: All items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable once they have been dispatched.

• Damaged Goods Exception: Returns or replacements are only considered if the item arrives damaged. To be eligible:

  1. You must inform us on the same day of delivery.

  2. You must provide a continuous unboxing video as proof of damage.

  3. Claims without an unboxing video or reported after the delivery date will not be entertained.

• Rusting/Tarnishing: Many of our embroidery materials contain metal components. We do not guarantee against rusting or tarnishing, as these are natural processes affected by environmental factors.

• Care Instructions: To prolong the life of metallic items, please ensure they are kept away from moisture, humidity, and liquids.
